2011 ArkMEA Festival Children’s Chorus is sponsored by Arkansas Music Educators Association (ArkMEA). The conference site is the Hot Springs Convention Center, on Friday, November 4, 2011.
Remember, only 4 students per school in grades 4-6. Also, the students’ director must be a member of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME-formerly MENC).

DO NOT SEND THE TEACHER registration "invoice" (form) with the STUDENT registration "invoice" (form). A separate teacher registration invoice is available, and must be mailed to the Hot Springs Convention Center (see form). Student registration should be sent to Mike White (see form).
If you plan to use purchase orders, you should present these invoices to your school district for pre-payment (both student AND teacher registrations). Most schools operate this way. A copy of the PO must accompany your registrations.

PLEASE NOTE: Student performance will be MEMORIZED. Students should bring their music to rehearsals, but will NOT be allowed to use it during the performance. Please prepare your students ahead of time to perform from memory. Also, please divide your students so you can teach both parts if at all possible.
